Problem Note 55825: An erroneous warning message is provided when overriding markdowns in SAS® Markdown Optimization

In SAS Markdown Optimization, the following warning message might be generated in the Markdown Approvals view when overriding a price:
The specified percentage override is higher than the post-plan markdown percentage. This will cause the post-plan markdown percentage to be ignored. Do you wish to continue?
This warning occurs when a markdown plan is created through ETL and a FINAL_DISC_VALUE = 0.00 has been incorrectly loaded into the MDO_PLAN table. 0.00 is an invalid value for this field since it implies no post-plan markdown. If you attempt to override a recommended price for a plan member with this condition, the warning message is displayed because the software incorrectly assumes a post-plan markdown.
The workaround for this issue is to ensure that MDO_PLAN.FINAL_DISC_TYPE = NULL and MDO_PLAN.FINAL_DISC_VALUE = NULL for any markdown plan where a post-plan markdown is not desired.
